This view setting can only be adjusted in Outlook or Gmail and cannot be changed within APSE. The conversation view is controlled by your email client settings and not APSE.
Access Practice SE - Conversation View in Emails
By default, Access Practice SE (APSE) displays emails in a conversation style view, similar to MS Outlook and Gmail.
