In this article we will describe what Feed is and guide you to set your preferences for Access Practice SE notifications.
What Is Evo Feed?
The Feed is available from your Access Button and serves as your personalised notification stream from Access Practice SE (APSE). It helps you stay informed about key client activities, system alerts, and daily activities—all accessible via the Access Button located on the top left of your page.
If you do not have the Access Button enabled follow these instructions or submit a support case to have it activated.
How to Set Your Feed Preferences
You can tailor which notifications you receive by following these steps:
Locate Your User Avatar
In the top-right corner of the APSE interface, click your User Avatar.Select "My Profile"
From the dropdown menu, choose My Profile.Open Evo Feed Preferences
Within your profile settings, click on Evo Feed Preferences.Toggle Notification Options
By default, all notifications are turned on. To personalise your feed toggle off any notifications you do not wish to receive.Save your Preferences
Click Save to keep the changes.
Available Notification Options
You can choose to receive or disable notifications for the following events:
📋 Daily activity summaries
✅ Client uploads and submits a secure file
✅ Client completes a requested task
✅ Client completes a document signing request
✅ Client declines a document signing request
⚠️ Automated email fails: integration issue
⚠️ Automated email fails: invalid client email
⚠️ Error occurs while sending email to client
Tip: Keep critical alerts enabled to ensure you're aware of any issues affecting client communications. When the Access Button is activated, the Feed replaces the standard in-app notifications.
