Access Accountants Evo (Access Practice SE): Set up your Access Button

Access Button not displaying in my Access Accountants product

After you have invited your team to join Access Evo, each individual user needs to finalise setup. They only need to do this in one of their Access Accountants products; the Access Button will then be available in all related products.

To set up your Access Evo account and see the Access Button in your products:

  1. Sign in to Access Practice SE or another Access Accountants product.

  2. A blue notification called Complete account setup is displayed in the top right of the screen.

    📌Note: If you choose Skip for now, the notification will be displayed again the next time you sign in.

  3. On the blue notification, choose Complete account setup.

  4. The Access Evo sign on screen opens in a new browser tab.

  5. Two options are displayed:

    1. If you have signed into Access Evo before, select I’ve previously signed in to Access Evo and sign in.

    2. If this is your first time signing in, select It’s my first time signing into Access Evo. Set up your password and sign in.

  6. In Access Tax, Access Ledger or Practice SE click the Access Button.

    1. If you don’t see the Access Button, sign out and sign in again.

    2. If the Access Button doesn't load or you are prompted to complete setup again contact Access Support.

You can now use the Access Button to navigate between all your Access Accountants Compliance products and Access Evo.
